Are you getting notifications about unreached spam?
I write a message on Yandex.mail, I don’t touch anyone. Suddenly, letters of the nature “Message not delivered” from Ukrainian e-mails begin to pour in, and a lot at once. I immediately changed my password, letters continue to pour in at 3-5 per minute for about twenty minutes, while I send everything to spam. The first came at 14:33, at the moment there are already 158 letters.
What could be the reason for this phenomenon, and what to do about it? UPD: spam went not only to Ukrainian addresses. Just got an automatic reply from mozilla.com. UPD 2: Original message headers (torn from one of the emails)

Hello!
Most likely, someone sent out a mailing list with your return address. Now you receive postal receipts for non-delivery of letters. Unfortunately, the worldwide email network is organized in such a way that it is not possible to solve this problem.
It is also possible that this is the result of a virus that uses a fake return address when mailing. In such letters, the contents of the "From:" field are forged, i.e. in fact, they are not sent from your mailbox, but they use your postal address.

The reason seems to be obvious: the spam bot indicated your email address as the return address.
Maybe someone decided to play a dirty trick. Or they just randomly specify Return-Path.
To fight, probably, only filters on some headings of the letter.
It seems to me that these are Yandex glitches. Try to write to Yandex support - let them figure it out.
I have the same on mail.ru, but only 2 letters. Support mail.ru as usual - I write that I didn’t send anything, they answer me “attach the letter that you sent” ble ... >_<
