Are you familiar with services for calling phones with http-api?
Greetings.
Are you familiar with services that can call mobile phones (to Russia), play a pre-generated file, in the ideal case, wait until the receiving call presses one, two, three, and so on (or better, a random number, otherwise call in a loop ).
It is desirable to send SMS from there, but not necessarily.
The service must have an http-api (or any other that you can easily communicate with from a simple script in the console).
This thing should only call on my phones, so you can offer those services that require mandatory confirmation of the number before it can be called.
Actually, I want to tie the dialer to the monitoring, but I don’t want to mess with the android again (all this is unreliable).
