Are voltage drops in the apartment network dangerous for Macbook Pro?

Good, friends!
Such a question: Are voltage drops in the electrical network of the apartment dangerous for my Macbook Pro?
The bottom line is - the apartment, the phase is one for the whole apartment, when the refrigerator engine is started and stopped, the voltage in the network drops / rises - the electrician measured it, it jumps from 223 to 230 (when turned on / off). There is equipment in the hall - a monitor, speakers, a laptop and a lamp. All connected to the new Pilot Pro. So, when starting / stopping, there are interference / clicks on the speakers. What's going on with the macbook? He is constantly online with me. You can get used to the sound interference, they are not very frequent and second. And I'm worried about technology.
Thank you in advance!

well, the speakers are clearly not clicking from this ridiculous jump of seven volts, there, at the moment the refrigerator is started, more exciting things happen along the pulse front ...
don't worry, nothing will happen to your beech. if you saw an oscillogram of the voltage that a cheap UPS produces, which every third one works with ... an unprepared person can be hysterical - there is not only not a sine at all, but something broken-angular, but also impulses under 400 volts (very short) slip ... and nothing, the technique lives and works. Switching power supplies are one of the greatest inventions of mankind))
in general, a good filter should save. apparently what you have is not a good filter. either change it or just shut it down.

Safe, its power supply is stabilized, for reinsurance, you can make an oscillogram of the output voltage, and use a surge protector to protect against interference.

use not any Chinese Ge, but buy a normal surge protector from APC. How much I use - the most adequate in terms of price / quality and performance of their functions.
The Pilot power strip is not a mains filter, but just a more or less good switch under heavy load thanks to the bimetal switch and fuse.
For filtering, there is a layout on capacitors.
ps: this is of course if it was the pilot pro that turned out to be turned in the hands when the fuse burned out in such a pro.

+-5% from 220V - the norm according to the standard. If you don’t have an industrial or ancient Soviet refrigerator in your apartment, you don’t have to worry.
I don’t know how it is with macbooks, but for other laptops on the power supply, the input voltage parameters are ~ 100-240V, so it’s purple for 223-230V jumps
