Are UTM tags accompanying links to a site a factor in helping search engines evaluate the naturalness of links?

For example, a link mass (link profile) is artificially formed by buying links or placing posts / articles with hidden advertising (containing a link) on various resources with user-generated content (and not only user-generated), for this various tools and platforms are involved, but I want to evaluate their effectiveness, and for evaluation, the first thing that comes to mind is to use UTM tags in links in order to understand where the traffic comes from (and whether it comes). But if each link has a UTM tag, can this lead the search engine to the advertising nature of the link, because users will not use these UTM tags in most cases? And when writing an article, the author, who decides to refer to high-quality material, also usually does not need to cram these tags, if between him and the resource he refers to, no commercial agreement? Those. Are UTM tags contraindicated in the artificial formation of a link mass, if the goal is not to fall under the sanctions of search engines and not harm yourself? Or am I wrong and search engines do not care about these tags in all cases?

I have only an opinion, nothing confirmed. And according to him, search engines do not care about utm tags in terms of ranking links.
Because many users put real links with utm, simply copying them from advertising, from the site they like, etc.
Therefore, kmk, search engines simply discard all these tags. And if anything is taken into account in terms of donor analysis, then the region, spamming, the subject matter of the article and the clicks of real users on the link.
I will say more, every year, according to the feeling, search engines are more and more scoring on links in general.
And again, IMHO, soon they will generally remain as a ranking factor at 999+ place.
