Are these addresses correct for localhost ipv6?

I use a proxy to send dns requests (dns crypt) to a local host
with Ipv4, I realized that you can use any range of 127.0
. Did I understand correctly that ::2 ::3 ::xx are not localhost addresses? And using them is not correct . All this is necessary in order not to address dns requests to 127.0.0.1 and ::1 because they are used for other purposes

ipv6 has only one loopback address - ::1.
