The crux of the matter - I ran into the problem of signing acts of work performed, I provide support services, clients are scattered throughout Russia and the CIS. For example, in Khabarovsk, Samara, Almaty. Accordingly, visiting the post office every month to send a couple of dozen letters is expensive.
Is there a service that would allow me to sign with my EDS (electronic digital signature), and the Client with his EDS. And in case of disputes, these acts signed online must have legal force, without fail.
Google search, only Diadoc (diadoc.ru) gave out, while I asked them if this service was possible, I'm waiting for an answer. Who knows if there are web services for online signing of acceptance certificates?

The biggest disadvantage of these systems is that all participants need to be included in the same system. and given their number, the probability is not great.
the second drawback is that no one will be included in this system for the sake of you alone. this is technically superfluous gestures. and spending money.
I have a large business I know that uses this system - and only because they were bent by their supplier. and another 100 smaller suppliers continue to send documents in the same way, by mail. despite the fact that the company is already connected to this system of electronic payments.
