Payment systems

Are there ways to create a western-facing online store?

Studying payment systems, I seriously thought about creating an English-language store that accepts euros and dollars. Unfortunately, there is very little adequate information on the topic.

Reception of money.
On the one hand, you can create a currency account. On the other hand, electronic paypal seems to be considered a good thing. On the other hand, making paypal for yourself and then stealing money from it somehow is a hassle. Or is there still a way?

Sending goods.
Yet again. Who and what to send? How to ensure passage through customs and why customs is my headache, and not the transport company?

The best option, IMHO, is the registration of a company for this business behind the hill itself, in order to accept payments without any problems.
But the main question remains the product itself and its final cost. Since the costs of customs, transportation and other well-known "costs of business in the Russian Federation" will be included in the price of the same product, will the price of the product be adequate for "foreign" consumers? What do we have that they don't?

There is a very good way to make a western-oriented online store.
To do this, you need to open a company offshore in the west (or east). Get a merchant account in a Western bank and start selling Chinese-made goods.
Something like this.
The export of goods from Russia is the biggest economic absurdity.
