Are there tools in nature to describe the architecture of a project?
Describe expected modules, data structures, business logic.
General details first, then more details. Mark any incomprehensible points for future discussion with the customer.
I would like to immediately make tasks for developers from such a structure, mark the implementation process, deadlines, draw links between modules (for example, that you first need to do module A, and only then you can do module B)
While we are trying to do all this on the wiki, but we want integration with some other systems.

I think there should be other alternatives, you can google for UML, RUP, software architecture modeling tools. Almost all of them come down to UML diagrams from which you can then compile the application skeleton, directory and file structure, documentation rudiments, library headers, etc.
