Are there terminals for accepting bank cards (pay pass) that can bind a card?

To write off repeated payments for a token, without customer confirmation. How is it done in a taxi for example. Only so that the card binding is not in the application / web, but through a physical terminal by attaching a card or phone.

This is not called "binding", it is "pre-authorization", and this function does not depend on the physical properties of the terminal, but on the process of interaction with the acquirer.

Physical terminals do not have such functionality, it's just a piece of iron, to which a signal is sent from the cash register to write off money at a specific point in time, recurrent payments are about something else.
