Distant work

Are there sites to organize remote work in a development team?

Hi people.
There is an idea to file the project.
(Let's say an RPG browser toy or many more options.)
Motivation: learn the stack (HTML/CSS/JS/PHP and/or Python/[your stack, but embed it in the main project yourself]
Why not saw alone? I go through one course, I'm working locally.I need experience in teamwork (Git) and I want a full-fledged product (even if it's raw, but we made it ourselves)
I found a couple of people among my friends, the question is how to organize the work of the
team.An important point, we will develop some how, some after work for 30 minutes per day, some all weekend, while there are no conflicts because of
this.We probably still need a license (BSD, Apache 2.0) so that any of the participants can safely say that they worked with the project and there were no conflicts with the libraries used.

UPD.
I'll look in the direction of gamification
