Are there services of infinite site mirrors?

The customer has a website selling alcohol in the UAE. The domain is blocked in the UAE in two weeks. We transfer to another hosting, it is blocked again within 2 weeks. And so on ad infinitum.
In fact, the site is one page. Spinning on Wordpress.
The customer is ready to buy a new hosting every 2 weeks, but migrating a WP site is not a quick thing.
I would like to send a link to the buyer on a personal request, where he can view the current version of the site.
The question is: are there services that generate links to mirror the page with all the resources (services that will definitely not be blocked - paid, of course).
Is it possible to make such a mirroring in php to upload only this functionality to new domains? Or will it not work faster than moving the entire site?
Never came close. Where to dig?

In general, the service was not found, the solution was found as follows:
he wrote forms to upload photos to special fields, save relative links (without a domain), and, of course, glue them with a domain name on the form.
As a result, the database is always one. As soon as the site is blocked, administrators:
- create a new domain and folder on the hosting.
- transfer all files to it
- change the URL in the config file (I didn’t know this before, I thought WP only stores the domain in the database). You don't need to move the database anywhere.
While it works. The inconvenience is only with pictures - do not compress, do not use thumbnails. Tried different plugins, but something didn't work.
Well, when I developed the topic, I took into account that always and everywhere links should only be relative.
