Are there services for effective virtual meetings?

2-3 times a week we hold meetings on Skype, in which only those people who have indicated their problems, ideas, etc. on their sheet in a Google spreadsheet take part.
But Google spreadsheets are too small, would like to find some more specialized meeting solution. Don't tell me these?
