Are there service centers in Nizhny Novgorod open for experience exchange?
Hello colleagues!
I have my own service center in a small town. We have been working for more than three years, while trying to apply various innovations (both marketing and technical), which were not used before us (in our city).
Direction - outsourcing, private traders (Windows, banners, antiviruses), refilling cartridges, repairing printers, creating a LAN.
We are constantly growing our client base and trust. But the desire to be closer to the ideal. :) Process optimization is what haunts me :)
In this regard, I will be glad to accept an invitation from colleagues in Nizhny Novgorod who are ready to give a tour, show their work, what non-standard solutions are used to organize repairs, visits, attract customers. In general, EVERYTHING is interesting!
At the end of the tour, I am ready to write an objective article about the work (optional).
Perhaps our innovations will be useful.
The idea to make such a request appeared after reading the blog sila-uma.ru/ (maybe there is a similar blog in the field of IT?). I thought, since there are open pizzerias, why not open service centers? :)
I think that I was not mistaken, so I'm waiting for your suggestions in a personal or in comments.
Thank you!

You should ask specific questions. "Everything is interesting" I personally perceive as "and teach free then".
Just spend time essentially learning the intricacies of work, let's say there may be a desire, but there is no time and resources.
Arranging a tour means distracting employees from the work process, disclosing some data, including private ones. Showing the entire workflow either takes a lot of time (as in the case of a new employee for example) or is useless in terms of sharing experience, because. "gallop across Europe" subtleties do not show.
For example, I personally am ready to conduct an exchange of experience in the "question-answer" mode in my free time. Specifics of work - technical support, call center, implementation and maintenance of software, user training.
A small town, which is in 5th place in terms of population (1,300,000 people) out of 10 cities with a million population in Russia.
In general, small service centers in cities are about the same.
(adjusted for median income).
I will be happy to help and share my experience.
I have a small SC with a couple of branches in the Tomsk region.
I'm sure we will have something to talk about :)
