And also free source codes.
Take a commission on the sale.
Are there Russian sites?
And will it be profitable to develop such a service for the CIS countries?

I was doing something similar, but as soon as someone bought something from me at least once, after a while the source codes were already lying around in these githubs of yours and all sorts of free file hosting.
The idea is good, if necessary, even ready to help, but be prepared for the fact that they will merge into a ball.
