Are there routers capable of organizing VPN connections?
Initial data:
- There is a Play station 4, which does not know how to raise VPN connections itself. In fact, PS4 can be considered any device that does not know how to raise a VPN on its own.
- There is an incoming internet cable in the apartment
- There is a vpn server, settings and the ability to set it all up (I already use it on a computer and phone)
- PS4 connection should not depend on the status of other computers on the network, i.e. the option to throw the PS4 connection through the computer is not suitable.
Task:
PS4, unlike a computer, cannot independently raise a VPN. Therefore, I suggested that it would be great if the router could independently identify the PS4 by poppy address or static IP and wrap traffic specifically for this device in a pre-configured VPN.
Dear experts, please tell me what device can I use to implement such a plan? Or, perhaps, there are other options for solving the problem that are more flexible and convenient?

Of course there are. These are almost all Mikrotik routers, separate D-Link models, which are more expensive. I didn’t work much with Asus and Zukhel, but I think there are some there too - you need to check before buying.
Here it is true that you need to keep in mind - a VPN for a router is either PPTP or IPSec, well, there may still be a model with L2TP (L2TP / IPSec). OpenVPN can only be found there in Mikrotik.
VPN is too generic a name. What type is needed? pptp, l2tp, IPSec, openvpn and other less common exotics.
