Are there resellers of the Mandrill.com mailing service in Russia?

There is a magical solution for Mandrill.com newsletters. One problem - it is more profitable and easier for a Russian legal entity to work with the same Russian legal entity - Mandrill reseller.
Are there such companies already? Advise in which direction to dig to find?
I searched in Google and Yandex, the sites "how to set up", "what is mailings" or "how to become a reseller" are always issued, and even using the language of search queries does not help.
The query "+mailing reseller +mandrill.com" in Yandex gives 1 natural results about a job search site, and 5 direct ads about mailing lists in general. Google gives out 2 pages, but this has nothing to do with Russia at all.

I think any sane company will agree to resell you a mandrill for not a lot of money.
