The date keeper from the bootstrap can be blocked by the maximum and minimum map, or write your own radiobuttons or selects that will display only relevant data on the page.
In that project it is done as follows:
There is a base of occupied points by time. When generating a page with a calendar, it is checked against the database what time is busy and the attribute "noActive" is hung on this element.
There is a direct working datekeeper in which you can simply block specific dates and there is no specific time. In any case, you need to write the formation.
