Are there raid controllers (raid 0) for 1u/2u servers with vnme m.2 support?

It is required to assemble a 1U / 2U server that would cope with the compilation of heavy projects. Hard drives have been the bottleneck so far. It would be desirable to find the optimum decision on high-speed performance thereof. Can anyone suggest typical solutions or server configurations (specific implementations)? Just started diving into the topic. There are a lot of similar controllers for desktop computers and workstations, but I have not found server solutions.
