Are there proxy scripts that work correctly with scripts?

The bot worked for about a year, read the rss feed, and then suddenly the ip was banned, a recaptcha was set. I think it might be a mistake. It is given just once to go through the recaptcha and then everything will be ok.
But for this you need to introduce yourself with the same ip and user agent.
The easiest way I see is a proxy installed on the web host that will translate all requests (json, http, https, images, cookies, etc).
Are there such things? The first ones that have been tested do not know how.
