Are there plugins for the color palette carousel?

Remember on Yandex there was an implementation of a color carousel on request for a color name?
The site needs to make a similar carousel, well, at least about the same, just the carousel display itself.
It is desirable, of course, with some kind of minimal api for loading colors, limiting the output.
Are there plugins?
If there are no plugins, I would like to hear about the implementation of the logic, any hints and thoughts.

So far, in my thoughts, take a regular slider like jcarousel and then twist html and css.
