Are there plugins for sublime text that make it a PHP IDE?

In general, these plug-ins are missing:
1. Collapse pieces of code (by curly braces)
2. Search for a function or method, the place where they are declared, when clicking on a function or method with ctl or another key.
3. error highlighting on the fly, for example, I forgot the semicolon - the line burns with a blue flame, or whatever color.
Maybe something else?
Just a project appeared in which there are a lot of files.
