Are there people here who bought a subscription to ACM or IEEE and did not regret it?

I'm wondering if it's worth buying. And if you buy, then for which community.
Has anyone had a positive experience with ACM and/or IEEE Subscriptions?
Thank you.

I recently bought an ACM subscription (if you sign up, please note that there are reduced rates for the Russian Federation ), for prof. member $20 for an electronic subscription and $40 if you want a paper copy of the CACM as well. If you want more, there is a ~$100 subscription that gives you access to the digital library:

ACM Professional Membership PLUS the ACM Digital Library includes a print and online subscription to Communications of the ACM, access to online courses, ebooks and training videos, subscriptions to MemberNet, TechNews and CareerNews, the ACM Career and Job Center, PLUS unlimited access to the ACM Digital Library, and all the benefits of ACM Membership.

There are interesting things. Provide access to a fairly large number of materials. But they don't give access to old issues of magazines if there is no subscription to the Digital Library.

As part of a joke.
In my resume, where very cool companies are listed, the indication of IEEE membership is an additional plus when dealing with foreign employers. I think it paid off financially

I bought a subscription to IEEE as a student. In my opinion, if there are no plans to go to their conferences, it makes no sense. For conferences there are quite large discounts.
There is no free access to articles from ieeexplorer, they must be purchased separately (but also cheaper, if I'm not mistaken).
In general, I signed for two years, and then I realized that for me personally it makes no sense.

IEEE + Communications Society + Computer Society. No pity.
1) They are allowed to work on standards.
2) Access to a decent amount of materials
3) All the same, I still need to go to the conference this year
4) They constantly send all sorts of industry webinars, events, etc. I would not have found them myself, a lot of useful.

I like to read articles on specific topics that are not freely available. I subscribed to ACM Digital Library and have no regrets. Something failed to subscribe to IEEE.

Thanks for answers. I found a few more discussions (very similar or holivars):
1.
2.
Probably, in order to accurately evaluate, you will have to purchase both subscriptions :)
