Today there is a very large selection of instant messengers, but for some reason there are not enough among them that satisfy, it would seem, the most common needs. They banned such a good program as Line, and specifically I (and my friends) have quite a lot of good stickers (including purchased ones) that I would not want to lose, and the habit takes its toll.
Of all the remaining programs that I tried, the choice was only ICQ - in some ways there are advantages even over Line, although there are also disadvantages. Despite the fact that all the stickers are stored there in the folder with the program, they are apparently loaded from the Internet, and it’s not so easy to add your own.
In connection with this, the question is, maybe, who knows if there is a standing messenger today with a well-developed ability to add your own stickers? "Normally worked out" means:

1. So that they are automatically downloaded to the device of the user to whom they were sent
