Hello.
We encountered such a problem at work that we needed to localize software into 10 languages, contacted translation centers, and received translations. We rolled it all out to real users, they gave us feedback that we gave them some kind of garbage.
Agents in German have become agents (spies) and so on.
As a result, we had to hire native speakers from different countries so that they would poke around with our software, and then translate it adequately. It turned out to be very expensive and long.
Are there any specialized centers in the Russian Federation that provide adequate locales?

Did you just use a translation agency? Usually, they either test freelancers and hire them later, or they translate ours through specialized platforms for translation and localization, for example, https://lokalise.co
