Are there International payment systems that do not withdraw money to r\s?
Good afternoon!
We want to launch a service for selling photos, the target audience of buyers is in the US and the EU, we decided that for now we are registering an LLC in the Russian Federation, but the host is in the US, now we are choosing a payment system:
I understand that there are some international payment systems that money, incoming from our clients are not transferred to our current account, but stored on our own, we can dispose of them at our discretion, for example, pay for the services of our freelancers and only after that transfer to our current account to pay tax (I would not want to pay tax first from turnover, and then pay off freelancers).
Tell me, please, do I understand correctly that there are such payment systems (if any, which ones?) Or do ALL payment systems transfer money immediately to the account?

An LLC in the Russian Federation will not help you much
1) In Russia, acquiring is not very good at accepting payments from abroad
2) paying individuals without taxes with an LLC in the Russian Federation is another story, sooner or later difficulties with the bank and tax will begin. in order not to pay a bunch of taxes, google what an agency agreement is and the fact that only the agent’s commission falls into the tax base, and not the entire turnover. But even when using it with individuals, difficulties may arise.
Solutions are as follows:
1) to quickly test your hypothesis
, make a marketplace through ready-made services - without development

all sellers of photos will need paypal accounts - for the Russian Federation, this is all available to individuals, they will receive their payments there, and a separate transaction from the seller to the paypal account of your service will receive a commission for the services of your service
, an approximate process is described here

2) If you get regular sales - register for normal work like this
Start a company in the US or the European Union, accept payments through stripe.
Ask sellers to register with payoneer and give you the details of their local bank account in the US / EU - pay them money as a local bank transfer.
Don't forget to pay local VAT/sales tax for digital goods in different countries!
Perhaps it is worth competing by minimizing costs ...
