Are there generators for Angular or a similar framework?
I started learning Angular, it looks quite interesting and quite simple. But the question arose, did no one think of writing a “generator” under such a fairly well-structured framework, which, say, receives a database at the input, parses its structure, and generates a web muzzle at the output, which, according to this structure, can work with the database, create, edit and etc. In theory, this is a typical task for web applications. I did not come across anything worthwhile on this topic, and therefore the question is, why is there no such tool? Or am I looking in the wrong place?

There are no normal UI tools, but there are many "console" semi-scripts that do something close to the original task
Mean.js creates a full version, when created by a generator, creates create, view, delete, update, $resource, routes, but, however, at the same time, and backend
In addition to the specified Yeoman (for mobile apps) IonicFramework includes "starter" blueprints for screens.
