Are there games with good graphics where you can build houses?

Requirements:

1. Good graphics.
   
2. Nature survival game (recommended).
   
3. Possibility to build houses/dwellings.
   
4. Network game.
   
5. Free.
   

Minecraft is not offered.
I'm really looking for games with the possibility of building houses / dwellings. Can you please tell me if there are similar games? And if so, please advise.
