Is free android development possible? I found xamarin - a free application up to 128 kb, then 1500 rubles per month. Qt - as far as I understand, the functionality is cut in the free version. I don't know about android SDK (Java), free or not. I would like to develop applications for android in C # or C ++, but it seems to me that all tools are paid. Are there any free alternatives?

The Java SDK is completely free and is the best choice for applications.
For games, there is Unity3D, and it is also free with some restrictions.
