My opinion: the site is a piece of shit in every pixel. Stupid text, castrated composition of blocks and elements, an unrealistic amount of meaningless visual garbage. In general, the work of an amateur who will apply any shit effect and will not understand what is better - when there is none. This is design, not "I couldn't think of it".
