Are there adequate analogues of Nginx, with the ability to write mixins, more convenient configuration, and other goodies?

Today, Nginx does not have mixins , but there are includes intended for the same purposes. In general, they allow to observe the DRY principle, although they do not reach the full-fledged OOP in terms of convenience.
But do not forget that the server config is not a programming language.
