The company needs to organize, at a simple level, a service for booking meeting rooms and other rooms.
We need a simple and easy solution.
We considered outlook, but not everyone has it, and as a result, it was dismissed.
Maybe something online? Or with installation on a server and a web interface?

As a solution, we chose a self-written backend + muzzle based on fullcalendar.js
Simple and angry.

First thought:
You can deploy Sharepoint 2010 foundation (it's free). It has a calendar web part. The calendar can be tied to a certain service account (SC) in your domain. To book an audience, you will need to track the free time in the calendar of this UZ and send it a meeting at the selected time. And as an interface near the audience itself, you can hang a monitor with an open calendar web part.
