I'm starting to understand a new topic for myself - digital radio communication in the DMR format. Its standard is open and even well written, but this is not enough for a full study. Perhaps someone has already dealt with him and can suggest sensible materials? Preferably in Russian, but even that is optional. Articles, examples of software implementation, user experience, possible pitfalls, etc.
