Are there commercial solutions for recognition of pedestrians and road signs?

Some automakers install similar systems on their vehicles to prevent collisions with pedestrians, follow traffic signs and duplicate them on the display.
But is there really nothing like it on the free market, so that it can be installed on any car?
I did not find anything, maybe someone knows about similar developments?

To control the bands, I came across MobileEye.
For pedestrians, someone like Bosch or Delphi with Continental can sell, but they are unlikely to sell by the piece. It's not so simple with pedestrians, you need an IR camera. With signs, you can do it yourself, like I saw research on this case somewhere.

Mercedes has a night vision system with pedestrian recognition. Well, you need to drive something!

I stumbled across this question by accident. If it is still relevant, then here is, for example, geocv.ru/products/signsmapper.
