Are there collector libraries like flow-tools in Go?

At the moment I am collecting statistics with NetFlow this collector and it is convenient in that I can display a report, use filters and its other goodies, but recently, due to workload, it has become necessary to automate all this, so questions arose:
1. Are there libraries collectors like flow-tools in Go with similar functionality?
2.If not, is it correct to call flow-tools commands from Go?
