Are there CMSs that support Oracle?

There is a business application running on Oracle. There is a need to attach cms to this data. If anyone knows, please advise.

A VERY strange idea.
Attach to an existing CMS database? Which has its own base, database architecture, formats, ideology?
The necessary functionality can, perhaps, be written. Laravel is especially good for working with ready-made databases.
I recently wrote an add-on for an open-source wordnet dictionary.

Exist. A fairly complete list of both free and proprietary CMS can be found here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_content_mana...
Everything else depends on the requirements for the CMS, in addition to the ability to work with the database
