Hello! About a year ago I read Rework and Getting Real from 37signals (now Basecamp), I was very inspired by them, learned a lot of useful things, both in approaches to programming and to running my own business. Are there similar books by other authors or companies?

You can also read their book "Remote" as noted above, but it's only in English for now. Soon MIF (Mann, Ivanov and Ferber) will publish it in Russian translation.
On the topic of running your own business:
1. Delivering Happiness by Tony Shay (although there is some water at the end of the book)
2. The Pumpkin Method by Mike Mikalowitz
3. Customers for Life by Carl Sewell
