Are there audio players with tags?

Hello. Are there players where compositions can be given several tags and sorted by them?
That is, so that I can make a selection: "life-affirming, 90s, but not in French." And save it in a playlist that will be dynamic, and will be supplemented when adding songs with such tags.
With all the evidence of such a system and successful implementation wherever possible, I have not seen this in music players.

It is possible to set tags for each song in the AIMP3 Audio Library and then sort by them, filter to play, though there is a certain wretchedness of the interface, but the sampling functionality you need is implemented, but I don’t know about the dynamic playlist, I haven’t tried it.

In iTunes, you write a comment for the file "life-affirming, 90s, but not in French."
You create a smart playlist: "Complies with the following rule: Comment -> contains -> 90s".
