Why is the Play market not working over Wi-Fi?

They brought an iconbit tablet to work. They say that at home the tablet connects to Wi-Fi and sees the network (browser, youtube, etc. works), but the play market refuses to work. At work, Wi-Fi works fine for me. What I did:
1. cleaned the play market cache
2. advised me to change the IP address on the tablet at home.
All this did not help. What could be the reason? That the play market refuses to work at an employee's home?
