Are there audio interfaces exclusively for input?

I already have an output audio path built and so far it suits me. Now there is a need for an input.
Are there devices for only amplifying the microphone signal, preferably with phantom 48, a decent ADC and a USB connection? Are such devices generally produced? Price range ~USD100 new, 50 refarbished or like new.
Upgrading your entire audio interface until it's mature is pretty decent. I just want to add an input.

I remember looking for something like this and couldn't find it. Focusrite Scarlet solo - just costs 100, in principle, without fanaticism, it is suitable for everything you need. And since the device is quite popular, you can easily sell it when you are going to upgrade to something serious.
