Are there areas in programming where you don't need to write business logic?

Languages only Java and Python. For example, data engineer, but there are few vacancies. Machine learning is even smaller and less accessible.
For example, banking software is written in Java, in which securities are taken into account, and the programmer closes the tasks, for example, create a button (write a module) to write off the balance of traded securities using the FIFO method. And then a new requirement for the module appears, so that it can also be done using the LIFO method, and then they decided to redo everything at the behest of the accounting department and do everything at an average cost.
Is there something like this in Java, Python without this dregs? I know in C ++ or C they write software for an unmanned car, image recognition, some scientific stuff. Or at least they just write drivers, but this is C ++. DBA is still close, but they are disappearing, and many, including courses like the technosphere, are advised not to study DBA. Strange question, I understand.

Oh, I love this question!
I'll tell you a secret - IT in itself is useless . As, for example, logistics / transportation. Or security.
IT should facilitate other areas of life. A programmer must write something that makes other areas of life easier.
You definitely need to understand something:
And so with everything.
Yes, the programmer will be assigned tasks, maybe even detailed ones. But all the same, he is the last resort - they might not have thought of something before him - the programmer will see the error immediately and must respond. To prevent something or to see opportunities for applied ...
And moreover , there is an opinion that just encoders will not be needed soon . Specialists in certain professions who can translate their ideas into programs will be needed. As before scientists, high-status people had to be able to write. Then know foreign languages, then own computers / speed dial. Now to be able to program.

Programming for money is programming for someone to make money. Customers / employers also want to eat. They pay you money not for having a great life, but for solving their problems.
