Are there apps for Windows 10 that don't support Windows 7?

I mean not all solitaire games and system services that are written for a specific OS. And it's also not about the chips of the OS itself and support for (too) new technologies. We are talking about good third-party applications (not from Microsoft) that are not backward compatible. That is, something really useful that is not in Windows 7.

1 - about .Net - all UWP , by definition, are not compatible with vyn7
2 - applications in C ++, if on tools from MS *, also have a parameter

target platform
n6gioKQ.png
and use specific
SDK

that is, for simply may not be compatible in vyn7
abstract answer - yes. but it doesn't make more sense. it is usually necessary and sufficient to find out the compatibility for a specific application
ps * - more precisely, not only MS tools, any compilers have a bunch of options that allow you to control the SDKs / runtimes used, and specify the target OS

"something really useful that Windows 7 doesn't have." is an abstract statement. Immediately the question arises - for whom and what is useful?
