How about services/libraries to quickly raise chat in the app (web, mobile, or desktop)? This is not about a support chat, but about a full-fledged chat between application users.

1) install Jabber server. For example, ejabberd.
2) search Google for "embed jabber chat website". Here you can find:
- candy-chat.github.io/candy
- xmpp.org/xmpp-software/clients (search for the word "browser")

Depending on what degree of readiness you need.
1. renting a server comet on the basis of SaaS, which is much easier, and even cheaper for small projects:
