Are there any tools for arranging points on an image and describing their coordinates for CSS?

There is an image (metro map). It is necessary to make each station clickable, for selection. I didn’t come up with anything better than positioning each station and hanging the processing on jQuery. Are there ready-made tools for this task? Thank you.
