Are there any Russian analogues of the MentorNet system?
There is an interesting MentorNet service ( http://www.mentornet.org) that allows students to find a mentor who is a professional in their field.
Here is a small overview of habrahabr.ru/post/130637
Is there a Russian analogue of such a system (google did not help)?

There is also phpmentoring.org - this one is only about PHP, as it seemed to me, there is some kind of semi-manual system for assigning mentors to followers.
There is an Internet project codementor.io - this is an exchange of mentors. Due to some difficulties, I was never able to receive a single order from this exchange as a mentor.
I don't know if my personal mentoring project can ever grow into an exchange :)
I run web support programs for webmentor.pro
