Are there any restrictions on using the compiler from the Windows SDK?

You can download the Microsoft Windows SDK from the Microsoft website, for example here . It comes with a compiler. What are the restrictions on using this compiler? Is it possible to compile programs with it and use them for commercial purposes? Including selling?
