Are there any problems with ssr - pwa and ssr - ionic/react?

There is a site on react/next.js. So there is ssr. It is planned to configure pwa.
1) Are there any features of the work of ssr and pwa?
2) There is an option that will have to be converted to ionic. Again, ssr and ionic don't conflict in anything?
