Are there any problems for RHEL?

Hello!
Can anyone tell me if there are practical workbooks for RHEL? The goal is to learn how to work with the OS, work with services, and so on, in order to feel like a confident user. Now I mostly move through standard tasks, like installing services and services, but some simple questions drive me into Google.
Perhaps someone who has attended Red Hat courses can advise on the choice of source of information and suggest whether the collection of laboratory works on the RHCA course is suitable for a beginner.

For beginners, this is RHCE, not RHCA.

I did RHCE in 2003, and I love RH certifications for their focus on practice and not US guessing games.

By the way, I also agree that the naked study of Linux is nothing.
With the number of services around Linux growing exponentially
