Are there any pitfalls in organizing a network in the office through a hub?

An office for 20 computers, in which a network is organized using wifi through a router from an Internet provider and wifi usb adapters. Constant network problems, loss of files sent to print, freezes, inability to transfer files. Huge pings from computer to computer and from computer to router.
My decision is to purchase a hub and lay a network in the office.
The hub itself by the link
The main task is to solve the problem with lags when sending files for printing.
In the future, it is planned to install a server on which 1C will run and file storage for scans and other files (now everything is transferred via a USB flash drive).
The question is, is a simple hub enough to solve the current problem and will any other problems pop up?

It 's not a hub :)
Hubs are only in museums. As far as I remember, they gave a maximum of 10Mb. And this is an ordinary Dishman unmanaged 24-port switch (switch).
Lag in a wireless network is a natural phenomenon, it is useless to deal with it - too many people who want to hustle at the antenna at the same time :) A
wired network is an order of magnitude better than a wireless one. If there are funds in the budget, it is better to buy a managed switch.

It's not a hub, it's a switch :)
And printing problems are not always in the network, but wi-fi will solve the problems of poor-quality work for sure, unless you cut out wi-fi of course :)
PS Use printers with network printing.
