I know about the existence of FindFirstChangeNotification, but this is somewhat different.
Are there any notifications about connecting a new disk?
What methods can be obtained on windows?
I mean software methods, i.e. winapi functions and/or so-called "messages" that are sent in batches like WM_MOUSE etc.
