Are there any literature/courses/videos/websites in nature for teaching technical support of a hoster?

To learn hoster technical support - become a hoster. Raise the server, buy a couple of domains, set everything up to work. On different distributions, different panels. Understand the basics, learn. Well, then - go to work in technical support. There are different levels, you can learn.

Hello.
There is a Bitrix course for hosters.
And so - no.
An option is to open the site of a large hoster and go to the faq.
And you start to read and understand.
The basics are as follows:
Console - ssh, dig, whois, nslookup, ls, cd, cmod, chown.
Knowledge of Linux operating system (Redhat, CentOS, Fedora).
Understanding the principles of DNS, Apache, Nginx, FTP, MySQL, POP3, SMTP, SSH, DIG, WHOIS services.
Understanding the principles of functioning of computer networks, knowledge of the main network protocols (IP, TCP, UDP, DNS), understanding the principles of routing and addressing in the network.
knowledge of CMS Joomla, WordPress.
PS Before freelancing, I worked for about 3 years in hosting companies, from couch hosting to REG.RU.

First of all, start with the culture of speech. If there is a call center in the city, I advise you to work for 3-4 months, it will come in handy.
